Agile as Practical Work Tools
Agile is a culmination of management wisdom from old and new times, and a lot of Agile is nothing new. Likelihood is that many elements of Agile is already practiced at work. The essence of this workshop is to help participants build new habits around their already Agile way of working.
The Workshop
Target Audience
Working professionals of all functions who are new to Agile. The course will be conducted in plain, non-techy English.
Outcome
Participants will walk away with a good grasp and basic how-to handling of the latest Agile frameworks.
Contents
Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Scrum.
Modality
Activity Based Learning (learning by doing). Lecturing will be kept at a minimum, and participants will be going through many exercises involving a lot of brain spilling talking, post-it scribbling, flip-board doodling, paper crafting, ball throwing, LEGO® fiddling and roll playing.
